The On-Call Courier position plays a crucial role in supporting Pace's mission by ensuring that samples maintain their integrity throughout transport, which in turn supports the accuracy of scientific data used to protect communities and ecosystems. Candidates who join Pace are encouraged to bring their curiosity, talents, and passion for environmental science to help drive the company’s important work forward. The role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who are motivated to build a long-term career in environmental science while contributing to meaningful work that impacts public health and safety.

The position entails preparing assigned vehicles for daily operations, including documentation, safety checks, and basic maintenance. Couriers assist staff and management in adhering to sample transport procedures and contribute to fostering a positive and collaborative work environment aligned with Pace’s core values. The company places high value on teamwork, professionalism, and customer focus, aiming to create a supportive atmosphere where employees can thrive.

Overall, this career opportunity at Pace is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, good judgment, and a customer service orientation. The role demands responsibility, professionalism, and flexibility to work independently and as part of a team, making it a fulfilling and impactful job.
