The role of Concierge/Receptionist at Integral Senior Living is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in a supportive and dynamic senior living environment. This position is responsible for being the welcoming face and voice of the community, ensuring that residents, guests, and staff receive courteous and professional service at all times. The Concierge manages telephone calls, greets visitors, handles inquiries, and provides essential information while maintaining a neat and organized reception area. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Job Duties
- Carries out telephone answering and reception duties as required
- takes complete messages with pertinent information and communicates messages to the intended recipient
- greets residents and visitors
- answers inquiries and gives directions
- collates brochures for the marketing department
- prepares meal tickets for team members and family members and tallies meal count sheets for the dining staff
- updates the Resident Phone List and Roster and Move-In and Move-Out Register daily
- manages appointments for residents and family members such as hairdresser, transportation, etc
- maintains and keeps desk and entry area neat and organized
- organizes and distributes mail to residents, Executive Director and Department Coordinators
- maintains resident forms for miscellaneous credits
- maintains adherence to all company personnel policies and established operating policies and procedures
- other duties as assigned
