Job Requirements
- Ability to work varied schedules including evenings, nights, and weekends
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Detailed and intimate knowledge of Sonoma, Napa, and surrounding areas
- Ability to communicate clearly and directly with guests
- Ability to multi-task in a high-profile, high-traffic environment
- Ability to effectively deal with customers and staff with patience, tact, and diplomacy
- Organized and extremely detail oriented
- Team player with great communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Ability to diplomatically work with front line colleagues and upper management
- Able to create, implement and enforce operation systems
- Ability to anticipate and correct issues before they occur
- Must be willing and able to work a varied schedule
- Ability to read, comprehend and write simple instructions, emails, and short correspondences
- Ability to use logic to solve problems and interpret abstract variables
- Wine knowledge highly preferred
Job Duties
- Regulate and maintain positive relationships with quality vendors
- Share information with guests and colleagues about local events and services
- Organize and maintain lobby wine tasting calendar fairly
- Ensure team communication is maintained
- Research new vendors, restaurants and services
- Provide engaging service with personalized recommendations
- Answer guest inquiries professionally via telephone
- Coordinate special guest arrangements courteously
- Maintain knowledge of local businesses, transportation, venues, and events
