Job Requirements

  • Ability to work varied schedules including evenings, nights, and weekends
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Detailed and intimate knowledge of Sonoma, Napa, and surrounding areas
  • Ability to communicate clearly and directly with guests
  • Ability to multi-task in a high-profile, high-traffic environment
  • Ability to effectively deal with customers and staff with patience, tact, and diplomacy
  • Organized and extremely detail oriented
  • Team player with great communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to diplomatically work with front line colleagues and upper management
  • Able to create, implement and enforce operation systems
  • Ability to anticipate and correct issues before they occur
  • Must be willing and able to work a varied schedule
  • Ability to read, comprehend and write simple instructions, emails, and short correspondences
  • Ability to use logic to solve problems and interpret abstract variables
  • Wine knowledge highly preferred

Job Duties
