We are currently seeking a hospitality-driven On-Call Concierge to join our team. This role is a vital part of the resident and guest experience as it often serves as the first point of contact for residents, visitors, prospective employees, vendors, and service providers. The On-Call Concierge embodies warmth, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to exceptional service, ensuring every interaction is delivered with courtesy and skill. While this position does not have a fixed weekly schedule, team members are scheduled as needed to support the community, assisting with coverage during planned time off, vacations, call-offs, busy periods, and special events. Although weekly hours are not guaranteed, dependable, flexible, and high-performing individuals are frequently offered additional shifts and considered for part-time or full-time roles as they become available.
The available On-Call shifts include Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 2:15 pm and 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm, with weekend coverage following the same schedule, and flexibility based on community needs. The responsibilities involve greeting visitors and residents warmly and professionally, managing all telephone communications, promptly entering maintenance work orders, handling packages and deliveries, assisting with clerical tasks across departments as needed, and resolving resident or visitor concerns with empathy and professionalism. The role requires consistent visibility at the front desk for effective community coverage, with coordination for brief absences to maintain seamless service.
This position offers a pay range of $16 to $19 an hour depending on experience, along with numerous competitive benefits. Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet all visitors and residents with a warm and professional welcome
- provide ongoing telephone coverage and support
- promptly enter maintenance work orders via TELS as requests are received
- accept packages, log deliveries, and notify residents accordingly
- assist Human Resources and other departments with clerical tasks as needed
- resolve resident or visitor concerns with empathy while maintaining organizational expectations and professionalism
- follow direction from the Lead Concierge and work as a team to ensure smooth transitions and communication across shifts
