- ability to cope with varied and fast paced activities

Job Duties
- Prepares food serving area for various functions, including setting tables and related furniture properly
- serves meals and beverages in a professional and courteous manner
- removes dishes when appropriate
- responds promptly to guest requests while maintaining customer service orientation
- cleans all areas used for special functions upon completion
- complies with all policies and standards including attendance, time, and quality control
