Job Requirements
- Ability to work in a standard office environment
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer for 6-8 hours a day
- Occasional standing and walking throughout the workday
- Frequent fine motor skills including keyboarding, typing, using a mouse or trackpad, writing, and operating office equipment
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Occasionally required to stand, walk, bend, reach or carry items
- Ability to lift and/or move 10-25 pounds as needed such as files and office supplies
- Visual ability to read from computer screens and printed materials including close visual focus and color differentiation
- Ability to hear and participate in conversations and meetings, use phone and/or headset

Job Duties
- Efficiently maintain bar supplies including preparation of daily requisition as necessary
- Be completely familiar with different kinds of liquor, recipes, prices of drinks, proper glassware, and garnishes
- Know drink recipes, prices and types of beverages available
- Be familiar with accurate cash handling procedures including proper discounting, MICROS system or registers, bank procedures, and tip policies
- Accurately charge guests for drinks and manage intake of all monies
- Anticipate guest needs and maintain positive guest relations
- Resolve guest complaints and ensure guest satisfaction
- Complete formal liquor liability training within 30 days of employment and every 2 years thereafter
