Job Description

Our establishment is a vibrant casino known for its dynamic environment and commitment to offering exceptional entertainment and hospitality services. We pride ourselves on creating a lively atmosphere where guests can enjoy premium gaming experiences alongside high-quality dining and beverage options. As a leader in the casino and hospitality industry, we are dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of service and safety, ensuring that every visitor has a memorable and enjoyable experience.

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our beverage operations team. This role places you at the very heart of our guest services, where you will be responsible for crafting high-quality alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, managing your bar station efficiently, and maintaining compliance with all relevant alcohol safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of drink recipes, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to contribute positively to a lively and welcoming atmosphere within our casino bar. This position demands standing for extended periods, frequent bending and kneeling, and the capability to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, is essential, as is the willingness to work in an environment exposed to second-hand smoke and crowd noise.

As a Bartender in our casino, you will not only be preparing and serving beverages but also ensuring all transactions are handled accurately and that the bar area remains clean and well-stocked. Your role will be pivotal in upholding our cleanliness standards, promoting a fun, friendly, quick, comfortable, clean, and safe environment, often referred to as "The Big Six." We emphasize responsible alcohol service, which includes verifying guests' identification to confirm minimum drinking age and preventing over-serving, demonstrating our commitment to guest safety and regulatory compliance.

This position requires the ability to obtain a food handler's card, pass alcohol awareness training, and maintain licensing as mandated by the appropriate gaming authorities and state regulations. Working with us offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that delivers exceptional service in a fast-paced and exciting environment. Join us to contribute your expertise and enthusiasm to a role where your skills make a direct impact on our guests' experiences and overall satisfaction.
