Job Duties
- Deliver an exceptional Arch Amenities Group experience by upholding our Basics to Excellence standards, Mission Statement/Values, and Brand Standards
- Mix and prepare cocktails and other beverages according to set recipes and standards
- Manage customer tabs and accurately operate the Point-of-Sale system
- Wash and maintain cleanliness of glassware, utensils, and bar area
- Serve beer, wine, and food items to guests at the bar and nearby seating areas
- Check IDs to verify age for all customers purchasing alcoholic beverages
- Maintain a welcoming and safe environment, promptly addressing any guest concerns
