As the flagship property of Cherokee Nation Businesses' hospitality division, the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa embodies world-class hospitality with a strong commitment to delivering thrilling entertainment and outstanding service to its guests.
The On-Call Barback role at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa is an essential, entry-level position designed for individuals seeking the flexibility to work as needed while supporting the bar operations effectively. This role places significant emphasis on maintaining cleanliness, organization, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment, contributing to a fun and safe space for both guests and team members.
This position is ideal for motivated, team-oriented individuals who thrive in dynamic settings and enjoy contributing to smooth operation processes. In addition to stocking and cleaning duties, barbacks promote a friendly and hospitable atmosphere known as “The Big Six,” which stands for maintaining a fun, friendly, quick, comfortable, clean, and safe environment. Candidates will gain invaluable experience in the entertainment and hospitality industry as part of a diverse team under the umbrella of Cherokee Nation Entertainment, a leading tribal gaming and hospitality business with multiple renowned properties across Oklahoma and beyond.
This role is entry-level with little to no previous work experience required, making it an excellent opportunity for those looking to start or grow a career in hospitality. Applicants must be at least 21 years of age and have the ability to obtain necessary licenses to comply with state and gaming regulations. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, is required due to the nature of the hospitality industry and the 24/7 operations of the casino and resort.
