Job Requirements
- Ability to solve problems
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently
- Must be able to lift, balance and carry trays of food weighing up to 25 pounds
- Ability to work varied hours, including early morning, weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Previous server experience preferred
- Ability to operate point-of-sale system

Job Duties
- Ensure banquet rooms are set according to banquet event orders and management specifications
- Acknowledge and welcome each guest with a smile, eye contact, and a friendly greeting
- Take orders from guests and deliver to appropriate person to execute
- Review and understand event plan at beginning of each shift
- Maintain knowledge of all menu items and composition
- Deliver food, beverages, condiments and other requested items
- Ensure that food is prepared correctly and to the guest’s satisfaction
- return incorrect or improperly cooked items to the kitchen
- Collect plates and clear table as guests finish their meal
- Adhere to all applicable brand standards for food and beverage service and compliance with state liquor policies
- Clean designated areas in accordance with defined procedures
- Ensure sideboards are adequately stocked
- Set tables to standards, and that all items are clean and in good repair
- Assist with other restaurant tasks such as cleaning the dining area and preparing silverware and condiments
- Perform other related duties as assigned
