The position of Guest Event Specialist at The Ritz-Carlton is a vital role within the Food and Beverage and Culinary category. This part-time, non-management role is based at the McLean, Virginia location and focuses on delivering an exceptional event experience from start to finish. Guest Event Specialists are trained across multiple event execution functions to ensure the smooth operation of events, whether it involves preparing materials, taking orders, interacting with guests, or handling logistical tasks such as transporting and arranging equipment. This role requires a dynamic and proactive individual who can handle various physical tasks, including moving objects under 25 pounds without assistance, standing or walking for extended periods, and maintaining professional communication and appearance at all times.
