Job Description

Our esteemed hospitality establishment is a leader in delivering exceptional service experiences, particularly in the food and beverage sector. Known for its dynamic team-oriented work culture and commitment to guest satisfaction, the company thrives on maintaining the highest standards of quality and professionalism. Skilled staff members play a critical role in ensuring that every event, from intimate gatherings to large functions, runs smoothly and leaves a lasting positive impression on attendees. The company’s reputation has been built on dependable service, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to various client needs within a fast-paced environment.

We are currently seeking dedicated and proactive Food and Beverage Service professionals to join our energetic team at a competitive wage of $22.92 per hour. This position emphasizes delivering outstanding service while overseeing event setup, food presentation, and interactive communication between service and kitchen staff. The role requires a blend of physical stamina, meticulous attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills to excel in a vibrant, often high-pressure hospitality environment. Employees in this role will be responsible for assisting with table arrangements, buffet and bar setups, as well as ensuring that all audio visual and menu details are accurately followed per Banquet Event Orders (BEOs).

Beyond setup responsibilities, the Food and Beverage Service team members are tasked with carefully inspecting the quality and presentation of all food items before serving, preparing and serving beverages during functions, and providing prompt and courteous service to all guests. This ensures that guests receive a memorable experience founded on exceptional hospitality standards. The ideal candidate for this position enjoys teamwork, engages positively with guests and colleagues, and understands the critical nature of clear communication between front-of-house and kitchen operations to accommodate last-minute changes or special requests.

Additionally, this role demands flexibility as work schedules will vary and include nights, weekends, and holidays. Physical endurance is also necessary due to the involvement in setup activities and the ability to lift or carry moderate weights, as well as spending extended periods sitting at a desk performing administrative tasks, typical of an in-office environment. Candidates should be prepared to work in such a dual capacity, balancing physical tasks with administrative responsibilities including communication and coordination duties.

Our company values employees who demonstrate high work ethic, self-initiative, and a customer-service focus. We foster an inclusive workplace where reasonable accommodations are provided to individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions. Our goal is to offer both career growth opportunities and a rewarding work atmosphere that supports your professional development in the hospitality industry.
