Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-4 years of food service or banquet experience
- Ability to work on-call schedule
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications
- 2-4 years of food service experience
- Experience in banquet service preferred
- Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits
- Experience working in 4-star or 5-star venues with synchronized service
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for creating exceptional guest experiences
Job Duties
- Set up banquet rooms including draping tables, setting silverware and napkins, preparing drinks, placing table centerpieces
- Serve food and beverages to guests during banquet functions
- Bus tables, clear dishes, linens, and centerpieces after events
- Clean and sanitize tables, counters, and seats
- Assist with event room setup according to meal period and table requirements
- Perform food and beverage preparation duties including brewing coffee and stocking stations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of storerooms and back hall areas
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any issues promptly
- Ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met throughout event spaces
