Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in hospitality or event service preferred
- ability to stand and move for extended periods
- strong interpersonal skills
- availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- review BEOs for menu details, room setup, food, beverage and audio visual needs
- assist the set up staff in table set up, buffet set up, bar set up, etc
- check quality and presentation of food before serving
- prepare and serve beverages for the function
- provide prompt and professional service to all guests
- communicate with kitchen keeping update on any changes
