The compensation for this position includes an hourly rate of $17.45 plus gratuity, reinforcing the company’s commitment to rewarding exceptional performance.

Key responsibilities include setting up banquet tables according to brand standards, delivering correct orders professionally to guests, promptly clearing tables between courses, anticipating guest needs efficiently, and communicating special requests or dietary requirements to the kitchen. Additionally, the Banquet Server maintains the pantry and side stations with adequate Mise en Place and ensures the back-of-house areas are clean, tidy, and safe.
