As a key member of the event support staff, the successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing banquet event orders (BEOs) to understand menu offerings, room configurations, beverage requirements, and technical needs such as audiovisual equipment. This position requires close collaboration with setup teams to prepare tables, buffets, and bars, ensuring that the event environment is both welcoming and functional. Additionally, the role involves inspecting the quality and presentation of food prior to service and preparing and serving beverages to guests. Strong communication with the kitchen staff is essential to keep everyone informed of any changes or special requests, ensuring smooth and efficient event operations.
