Job Duties
- greet and assist banquet guests in a professional and courteous manner
- set up banquet rooms and serving stations according to event specifications
- serve food and beverages during events promptly and efficiently
- maintain cleanliness and orderliness of banquet areas
- collaborate with event coordinators and other staff to ensure smooth event execution
- respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- adhere to safety and sanitation standards during all service activities
