We are currently seeking an On Call Banquet Server to join our vibrant and dynamic events team. This role offers a unique opportunity to connect with people from all over the world, showcasing our banquet facilities and exceptional food and beverage offerings at a range of events—from professional business meetings to elegant weddings and special celebrations. As an On Call Banquet Server, you will be highly visible, playing a crucial role in delivering extraordinary guest service that creates lasting memories.

Your main responsibilities will include ensuring smooth banquet operations, providing attentive service, and maintaining organization and attention to detail throughout the event. The successful candidate will be someone who thrives on creating positive experiences, is highly organized, and demonstrates reliability and enthusiasm for hospitality. Your ability to solve problems and connect with guests will directly enhance the quality of their stay and event experience.

Job Duties

  • greet and assist banquet guests in a professional and courteous manner
  • set up banquet rooms and serving stations according to event specifications
  • serve food and beverages during events promptly and efficiently
  • maintain cleanliness and orderliness of banquet areas
  • collaborate with event coordinators and other staff to ensure smooth event execution
  • respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • adhere to safety and sanitation standards during all service activities
