Job Requirements
- must meet legal age requirement to serve alcohol
- current alcohol service certification
- current food handler certification
- able to stand and walk for 8+ hours
- able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs
- flexible work schedule availability
- excellent communication skills in English verbal and written

- strong attention to detail and multi-tasking ability
Job Duties
- check each plate of food to be correct as ordered by the guest
- make sure all condiments accompany each order
- assure every item on the order is ready and on the tray together
- work diligently to avoid breakage and loss
- notify server of guest needs
- complete all opening, on-going, and closing side work as signed off by manager on duty
- stock and restock appropriate linens and work stations with plates, saucers, etc
- inform server of any potential guest issues
- provide general resort information for guests
