Job Requirements
- obtain and maintain a current food handlers card
- obtain and maintain a current OLCC card
- be 21 years of age or older
- have previous related experience preferred
- have a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays preferred
- enjoy working in a busy customer service-oriented environment

Job Duties
- greeting incoming customers
- working with host station to seat guests or assist with seating preferences
- providing knowledgeable service to tables
- taking food and beverage orders
- delivering products timely
- serving food and beverages including beer, wine, and spirits
- bussing tables and restocking supplies
- placing orders on POS system
- collecting payments
- dishwashing and general cleaning
- maintaining customer relations with guests
- setting up and breaking down service and work areas
- balancing bookwork and turning in cash and non-cash receipts at shift end
