- Obtain and maintain current food handler’s card
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays required

Job Duties
- Expedite food from the kitchen to the guests’ table in a timely and efficient manner
- Perform bussing duties including clearing and resetting tables
- Clear unnecessary dishes from tables
- Assist with customer requests as needed
- Provide the bar with ice and clean glassware
- Set up and clean restaurant and outdoor areas
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the restaurant
- Back up wait staff as needed
- Sort garbage and recycling
- Maintain positive customer relations and ensure a pleasant guest experience
- Perform duties in a safe manner and report safety concerns to management
- Keep current on company events, history, and products
- Perform other duties as assigned by the manager on duty
