Job Description
This job posting is for a managerial position in a McDonald's restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, separate from McDonald's USA. The franchisee holds the license to use McDonald's logos and food products and operates the restaurant as its own business entity. Importantly, employment matters including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling are managed solely by the franchisee, and McDonald's USA does not participate in these decisions. Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Previous leadership experience preferred

Job Duties
- Lead shifts to ensure customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service
- Provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts
- Plan and monitor shift performance
- Ensure compliance with McDonald's quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- Manage food safety, inventory, and maintenance
- Oversee scheduling and training of crew members
- Monitor safety, security, and profitability during shifts
- Communicate shift details and updates to next Shift Manager
