Job Description

Disneyland Resort, a globally recognized entertainment destination located in Southern California, is renowned for creating magical experiences for guests of all ages. As a leading theme park and resort complex, Disneyland Resort prides itself on delivering exceptional customer service, immersive attractions, and operational excellence. The resort continuously seeks skilled professionals to join its dedicated team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations across various departments. The company promotes an inclusive work environment and offers competitive wages and benefits consistently aligned with industry standards and union agreements.

This specific job opening is for the position of Oiler-Truck Driver based at Disneyland Resort in Southern California. The role entails operating fuel trucks to deliver fueling services, providing lubrication support, conducting oil analysis, and performing tire repairs for vehicles and equipment within the resort. The Oiler-Truck Driver plays a crucial support role to multiple resort departments that utilize vehicles, motorized equipment, and attractions that require regular maintenance services. This position demands a minimum of one year of professional automotive-maintenance experience—working on personal vehicles or performing informal repairs does not meet the qualification criteria.

Responsibilities include fueling automotive equipment by dispensing gasoline, diesel, and compressed natural gas (CNG) from fuel trucks, managing fuel meter readings, and effectively handling any spills or containment needs that arise during operations. The role also involves performing lubrication services on a range of mechanical components such as gearboxes, bearings, chains, and filters, while accurately maintaining records of utilization. An understanding of lubrication principles and practical experience in oil sampling and analysis are essential parts of the job. Additionally, the Oiler-Truck Driver is expected to manage tire services—this includes operating various tire machinery safely, repairing and patching tires, recognizing wear patterns, and detecting leaks.

This position requires flexibility with scheduling and the willingness to work any assigned shift, including first, second, and third shifts, as well as holidays. The pay range for this role is $33.75 to $43.08 per hour depending on the candidate’s geographic location, experience, and knowledge. Candidates will also have access to select benefits including medical, financial, and additional supportive services through the company’s comprehensive employee benefits program.

Candidates interested in this opportunity will join a team committed to safety, professionalism, and excellence. Those hired will undergo mandatory annual training such as Hearing Conservation Training and audiometric exams to support occupational health standards. The company values environmentally responsible practices, so familiarity with hazardous waste handling and computerized maintenance systems like MAXIMO is highly advantageous. The Oiler-Truck Driver position offers a dynamic work environment where technical skills in automotive maintenance and customer service merge within the vibrant setting of Disneyland Resort’s operational landscape.
