This full-time role is ideal for individuals who are people-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to learn new automotive maintenance skills. No prior experience is required as comprehensive training is provided to transform team members into skilled lube technicians capable of performing various oil change and maintenance tasks such as replacing wiper blades and air filters, inflating tires, topping off fluids, and conducting coolant exchanges. This role offers a competitive hourly wage up to $15, including base pay and commissions, as well as the chance to advance quickly within the company. Job Requirements
- Must be able to lift to fifty (50) pounds
- must be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow 3 foot deep pit safely
- must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist for extended periods
- must be willing to work in hot or cold weather conditions
- must have reliable transportation to and from the shop
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- strong communication skills
- ability to work well in a team environment
- positive attitude and willingness to learn
- customer service experience a plus
- basic mechanical knowledge helpful but not required
Job Duties
- Drain motor oil, change oil filter
- wash windshield and adjust tire pressure
- inspect and top off fluids
- perform coolant exchanges
- restock and maintain inventory levels on the floor
- maintain cleanliness of work environment
- provide excellent customer service
