Team members learn key technical skills such as draining motor oil, changing oil filters, replacing wiper blades and air filters, filling tires with air, and conducting other light vehicle maintenance. Job Requirements
- Must be able to lift to fifty (50) pounds
- must be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow 3 foot deep pit
- must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist for extended periods
- must be willing to work in hot or cold weather conditions
- must have reliable transportation to and from the shop
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- no prior experience required due to paid training provided
- strong communication and customer service skills
- ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
- basic mechanical aptitude helpful but not necessary
- demonstrated positive attitude and eagerness to learn
Job Duties
- Drain motor oil and change oil filter
- wash windshield and adjust tire pressure
- inspect and top off fluids
- perform coolant exchanges
- restock and maintain inventory levels on the floor
- maintain cleanliness of work environment
- provide excellent customer service
