Successful Shop Managers at Take 5 Oil Change typically progress quickly, with full accountability for team leadership and shop operations within approximately 60 days. The role also offers competitive compensation, with experienced managers earning $55,000 or more annually through base pay and performance bonuses. Additional perks for employees include free oil changes, paid time off for full-time employees, comprehensive health benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, and a 401(k) retirement plan with company matching. The role demands physical capabilities including lifting up to 50 pounds, maneuvering safely under vehicles, and the ability to work in diverse weather conditions. Reliable transportation and basic computer skills are also essential. Moreover, Take 5 offers an innovative myFlexPay program that enables employees to access half of their earned wages early, enhancing financial flexibility.

This Shop Manager role represents a rewarding career opportunity within a rapidly growing and customer-focused company that values leadership, customer service, and personal advancement.
