The Shop Manager role at Take 5 Oil Change is an excellent opportunity for people-oriented, driven leaders who are ready to take the next step in their career. Managers at Take 5 earn a competitive salary starting at $55,000 per year, with additional bonus opportunities available based on performance.

In this role, Shop Managers will oversee all aspects of day-to-day shop operations, including recruiting and training new crew members, managing inventory, scheduling staff, and ensuring excellent customer service standards. The position requires hands-on involvement in automotive services such as oil changes, wiper blade replacements, air filter changes, and tire maintenance. Additionally, Shop Managers are responsible for understanding and managing the financials of their shop, fostering a supportive work environment, and conducting regular employee performance evaluations.

Take 5 values individuals who are motivated to learn and grow, regardless of their previous work experience. Many successful employees have transitioned into this role from a variety of backgrounds including retail, restaurants, mechanics, and other skilled trades. The company also recognizes the physical demands of the role, requiring managers to be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, maneuvering safely in work pits, and working under varying weather conditions.

Take 5 Oil Change supports its full-time employees with comprehensive benefits including paid time off, health insurance, vision and dental insurance, and a 401(k) retirement plan with company match.
