The company highlights the value of paid training and the chance to move up quickly, with full responsibility in less than 60 days. This allows eager individuals to develop leadership skills, understand operational financials, and hone technical skills in an encouraging environment.

Shop Managers at Take 5 Oil Change enjoy competitive pay with experienced leaders earning $55,000 or more annually, combined with bonus opportunities. The company offers numerous benefits including free oil changes, paid time off, health, vision, and dental insurance, and a 401(k) company match, making it an attractive workplace with strong incentives to maintain both employee satisfaction and customer service excellence.
