Job Requirements
- Must be able to lift to fifty (50) pounds
- must be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow 3-foot deep pit
- must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist for extended periods
- must be willing to work in hot or cold weather conditions
- must have reliable transportation to and from the shop
- must be willing to work early hours and up to 55 hours per week on occasion
- must have basic computer operating skills

Job Duties
- Recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training new crew members
- creating crew schedules and submitting payroll
- controlling inventory by conducting end of period and end of year inventories
- placing product orders and physically restocking inventory
- understanding shop financials to drive results and manage budget
- conducting quarterly employee evaluations
- supporting crew with oil changes and other auto services
- draining motor oil, changing oil filters, and performing other auto services as necessary
- providing excellent customer service
