As an Assistant Shop Manager at Take 5, you will be the driving force behind shop operations, ensuring a smooth workflow and excellent customer experiences. You will lead by example, managing daily tasks such as processing payments, overseeing team members, performing routine vehicle maintenance services, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the shop. Paid training is a cornerstone of this position, teaching you the Take 5 way of managing a location and handling services such as oil changes, wiper blade replacements, air filter changes, and tire inflation. Whether you are new to the industry or have some experience, the key to success in this role is a willingness to learn, a positive attitude, and a customer-focused mindset.
