Committed to excellence, Encore fosters a collaborative and inclusive work environment that values diversity, creativity, and employee development. The company offers competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits, emphasizing a culture of belonging and continuous improvement in the event technology industry.

The Offsite Events Manager role at Encore is a critical leadership position responsible for the successful planning and execution of events held at venues where Encore is not the contracted onsite Event Technology provider. This position requires a seasoned event professional who can expertly manage all facets of event coordination, from initial planning stages to onsite execution, ensuring client satisfaction while maximizing profitability. The Offsite Events Manager must maintain a client-centered approach by attending meetings, addressing client concerns promptly, and ensuring that all equipment and services comply with technical specifications and delivery timelines. Additionally, the role includes mentoring team members to enhance skill sets and knowledge within the local market.

Administrative responsibilities involve processing event paperwork such as EPT completion, invoicing, and timesheets, as well as identifying training needs to support workforce development. The manager will also compile detailed venue information to streamline future operations and provide production support during slower periods or as requested.

People management is a key component of this role, encompassing hiring, training, and developing a high-performing team. The Offsite Events Manager will cultivate a service-oriented team culture, prioritize customer satisfaction, and drive operational efficiency by ensuring team members have the tools and guidance necessary to succeed.

Working conditions for this role are diverse and may include hotel, warehouse, and office environments, with exposure to varying noise levels, outdoor temperatures, and the use of high-end audio-visual technology. The position requires flexibility in work hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call status, reflecting the dynamic nature of event production.

The salary range for this role is between $70,371 and $91,482 per year, with final compensation based on experience, location, skills, and additional factors. The role may also be eligible for overtime, bonuses, or other incentives. Encore is dedicated to providing employees with excellent benefits and upholds a commitment to inclusivity, ensuring every team member feels valued and supported throughout their career.
