Job Description

Our company is a dynamic and innovative service provider specializing in offline activations and event management, with a strong focus on integrating technology-based community engagement. We operate primarily in New York City, delivering high-impact event experiences that bring digital creators and audiences together through cutting-edge platforms like TikTok. As a part of the rapidly growing TikTok Go Local Service, we aim to foster vibrant creator communities by facilitating diverse on-site activations that support content creation, recruitment, and partnerships. Our team is committed to driving growth, engagement, and long-term partnership success in the creator economy, particularly through offline channels that provide direct interaction and meaningful experiences for creators and partners alike.

We are currently seeking a highly execution-driven Offline Event Operator based in New York City to lead and scale our TikTok Go Local Service offline activations across various hotel venues in the area. This full-time, field-based role requires hands-on, daily on-site execution at hotel locations, typically five days a week, to ensure the flawless running of creator events. The operator will oversee all logistical aspects from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and engaging event flow while maintaining a high-quality creator experience. This position involves not only operational event management but also active community engagement, creator recruitment, content support, and post-event business development.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in hosting and managing multiple creator events, facilitating check-ins, directing content shooting processes, and supporting content production to maximize output and quality. Beyond the technical and logistical side, the operator will act as a community ambassador, welcoming creators, guiding them through creative processes, and cultivating ongoing engagement. They will also be responsible for recruiting new creators during events, introducing program campaigns, and converting attendees into active participants within the TikTok Go ecosystem.

In addition to on-site duties, this position requires meticulous tracking of event performance metrics such as attendance, video production, and creator onboarding rates to inform structured post-event reports. The individual will work closely with hotel partners, packaging event results into compelling case studies and performance decks that aim to convert one-time activations into sustained partnerships, fostering long-term business development.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in creator recruitment, influencer marketing, sales, business development, or community management, especially in fast-paced startup or high-growth environments. A proven track record in conversion-driven roles and a passion for building creator communities will ensure success. Candidates should thrive in hands-on, field-based roles where execution and relationship-building drive tangible results.
