The Office Support Professional position at Cintas in Jenkins Township, PA, is a full-time role focusing on supporting various office functions critical to maintaining smooth operational workflows. This role involves handling key administrative tasks such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, data entry, receptionist duties, faxing, filing, photocopying, and mail management (both incoming and outgoing). In addition, the position requires creating letters, memos, and proposals to assist with communications both within the company and with external customers and partners. The Office Support Professional will interact daily with office staff, managers, service representatives or route drivers, and customers, facilitating effective communication and coordination.
Working in this role, individuals will utilize their proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, as well as internet and intranet systems, to efficiently complete their duties.
