The Office Support Professional role located in Troy, Michigan, plays a critical part in supporting numerous office functions that keep the day-to-day operations running smoothly. This full-time, first-shift position involves a broad spectrum of administrative duties, including managing accounts receivable and payable, handling data entry, operating as a receptionist, managing mail services, and creating various business documents like letters and proposals. The role necessitates frequent interaction with internal teams such as managers, service representatives, and route drivers, as well as with customers, requiring both excellent verbal and written communication skills. This position is ideal for organized, detail-oriented individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, are proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and have prior administrative experience.
