Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in customer service or event coordination preferred
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • availability to work Monday through Friday during business hours
  • willingness to work limited weekend hours when necessary

Job Duties

  • Sales and planning of private transportation services and valet parking services for private events
  • attend trade shows and events to showcase services as needed
  • work closely with sales and marketing team to achieve goals
  • communicate staffing and site visits with regional managers for private events
  • generate leads and drive sales
  • answer sales calls for new and existing clients and coordinate services
  • complete special projects assigned by the Director of Special Events
  • contribute ideas for social media posts to promote special event services
  • assist with marketing and sales materials
  • assist in other areas as needed
