Job Requirements
- Minimum three years of equivalent combination of education and/or experience
- ability to understand and interpret policies
- ability to respond to internal and external customers
- ability to work collaboratively with others
- knowledge of confidentiality and mandatory reporting rules
- proficiency in computer-based tasks including word processing, spreadsheets, and database management
- ability to follow instructions
- able to operate office equipment
- ability to meet physical demands including sitting, talking, hand motions, lifting up to 25 pounds
- withstand typical office noise and interruptions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- office or secretarial training preferred
- three years of progressively responsible secretarial or office experience using personal computers
- ability to demonstrate required bilingual proficiency for bilingual duties if applicable
- excellent interpersonal communication and listening skills
- good judgment, courtesy, and tact
- ability to apply knowledge and skills timely and accurately
- strong business English and math skills
