The Office Services Assistant role at Baker Tilly is a vital temporary position designed to enhance the daily operational efficiency of the business. This position, running from August 17, 2026, through October 15, 2026, supports the office by providing general clerical and administrative office support. Reporting closely to the Office Services Manager, the Office Services Assistant will help maintain an organized office environment, assisting associates with optimizing daily processes and administrative needs. This role requires a proactive individual who can handle multiple tasks such as sorting and delivering mail, managing office supplies, supporting new hire onboarding including managing office or cubicle assignments and associated logistics, and ensuring training rooms and conference rooms are prepared and kept orderly. Additionally, the assistant will provide reception coverage, schedule meetings and appointments, and support set up or break down of office furniture when necessary. The pay range for this role is $19 to $25 per hour, influenced by factors such as skills, prior experience, and geographic location. Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Sorts and delivers incoming and outgoing mail including accounts receivable bank drops
  • file fax scan print and assemble documents
  • assist with entering office expenses including FedEx messenger services and invoices
  • support new hire set-up including assigning office or cubicle retrieving name plates IT tickets new hire photo badges keys and supplies and organizing and cleaning out offices or cubicles of exiting team members
  • ensure training rooms conference rooms and overall office space is clean and organized assist in set up or breaking down tables furniture etc.
  • schedule meetings and appointments schedule and prepare conference rooms provide reception coverage
  • order and stock office supplies stationary and breakroom supplies such as coffee soda and snacks
