Job Duties

  • Preparation of outgoing mail including envelopes and packages
  • answering phones, taking messages, and redirecting calls to appropriate team members
  • sending appointment reminders via email, text, and phone calls
  • maintaining inventory stock of office supplies and re-ordering when necessary
  • serving as back-up to the receptionist and providing additional front desk support when needed
  • providing general office support including assisting with IT issues, moving office furniture, and setting up new equipment
  • running office errands such as delivering client documents and court filings
  • maintaining and organizing off-site storage
  • overseeing facilities including maintaining break room cleanliness, placing work orders, and liaising between the firm and vendors
  • performing various office duties as assigned
