This full-time Office Receptionist position based in our Parker, CO office invites individuals who thrive in engaging with clients and offering a superior customer service experience. As the initial point of contact for patients visiting the clinic, the Office Receptionist plays a crucial role in shaping the patient experience by demonstrating exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. The role entails managing client interactions with empathy and professionalism, updating and verifying patient information accurately, and maintaining a welcoming environment that makes every patient feel valued and supported. Emphasizing empathy and sensitivity, the receptionist is prepared to help patients who may be experiencing significant mental health challenges, including those with PTSD or suicidal thoughts, ensuring their comfort and dignity while maintaining professional boundaries.

In addition to performing front desk duties such as answering questions, addressing concerns, and creating a positive atmosphere, the receptionist will rotate through various office tasks to support daily operations. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • minimum one year of full-time customer service experience
  • excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • ability to multitask efficiently in fast-paced environments
  • sensitivity and empathy towards patients facing mental health challenges
  • willingness to work full-time 3 13-hour shifts
  • ability to pass criminal background check and drug screening

Job Qualifications

  • 1+ year of full-time customer service experience, reception, or personal customer service industry
