We are currently seeking a full-time Receptionist to join our Gilbert, AZ office team. This role is integral to the smooth operation of our clinic and the delivery of exceptional service to our clients. The position requires working three 13-hour shifts, offering a dynamic and engaging work schedule. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for clients visiting our clinic, playing a critical role in crafting a welcoming and positive environment. Your ability to connect with clients and customers will directly impact the patient journey, ensuring each individual feels valued, heard, and supported throughout their experience at Serenity. This is a client-focused role demanding excellent communication and interpersonal skills, alongside a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • One or more years of full-time customer service experience
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to engage sensitively with clients facing emotional and psychological challenges
  • Completion of a criminal background check and drug screening upon hire

Job Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Basic math skills
  • Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • 1+ year of full-time customer service experience, reception, or personal customer service industry

Job Duties

  • Update and verify customer information upon each visit
  • Help customers feel valued by creating rapport, remembering their names, their interests, and stories
  • Answer questions, address worries, respect boundaries, and be sensitive to each person's individual challenges
  • Ensure positive customer experience by providing support and compassion
  • Rotate through other various office tasks throughout the day
