Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment
  • ability to maintain a professional demeanor and handle sensitive information with discretion

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
  • proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • answer phone calls, take messages, and forward calls to appropriate personnel
  • manage appointment scheduling and maintain calendars for staff members
  • ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times
  • handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries efficiently
  • assist in maintaining office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
