  • proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role
  • excellent communication skills
  • strong organizational skills
  • ability to multitask effectively
  • proficiency with office equipment and computer software

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • additional certification in office administration is a plus
  • proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • proficient in using office equipment such as printers and copiers and computer software such as MS Office Suite

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome all visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
  • manage appointment scheduling and maintain an organized calendar
  • handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently
  • maintain the reception area by ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times
  • assist in managing office supplies and inventory including ordering when necessary
