Job Duties
- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and staff in a courteous and professional manner
- answer and direct phone calls and emails to appropriate departments
- maintain a clean and organized reception area
- manage scheduling and meeting room reservations
- receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries
- support basic administrative tasks such as data entry and filing
- monitor office supplies and coordinate orders as needed
- collaborate with internal departments to support daily office functions
