Job Duties

  • Greet and assist clients, visitors, and staff in a courteous and professional manner
  • answer and direct phone calls and emails to appropriate departments
  • maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • manage scheduling and meeting room reservations
  • receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries
  • support basic administrative tasks such as data entry and filing
  • monitor office supplies and coordinate orders as needed
