Job Duties
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer, screen, and route phone calls and emails efficiently
- Manage scheduling, appointments, and meeting room reservations
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with document preparation, filing, and data entry
- Support internal departments with administrative tasks as needed
- Ensure the reception area remains tidy and welcoming at all times
