We are seeking to hire an Office Manager & Events Coordinator who will play a crucial role at the intersection of operations, culture, and brand. This dynamic role involves overseeing in-office operations to ensure a seamless daily experience while also leading the planning and execution of external events, conferences, and hosted dinners that amplify SuperDial’s industry presence and foster strong professional relationships. The Office Manager & Events Coordinator will be responsible for the smooth running of all office logistics, including vendor management, supplies procurement, and maintaining an organized and efficient workspace that supports onboarding and strengthens team culture. Additionally, this role coordinates weekly in-office activities such as team lunches and celebrations, helping to cultivate a positive and engaging workplace atmosphere that reflects the company’s core values.
On the external front, the Coordinator will manage SuperDial’s presence at key industry conferences and events by handling registrations, travel arrangements, shipping, on-site coordination, and the strategic alignment of event goals with sales and leadership teams. The role also includes organizing exclusive executive dinners and small-group gatherings around major conferences, emphasizing attention to detail and high-quality guest experiences that embody the SuperDial brand.
Critical to success in this role is the ability to manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee timelines and budgets to ensure efficient and cost-effective event execution. Candidates will find this position well suited to professionals with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in office management, operations, or event coordination, strong organizational and communication skills, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
This position offers a base salary ranging from $75,000 to $90,000, depending on experience and qualifications, along with equity and a comprehensive benefits package. Job Duties
- Own day-to-day office operations and ensure the space runs smoothly
- Manage vendors, supplies, and office systems
- Create a clean, organized, and high-functioning in-office environment
- Support onboarding logistics and ensure a strong first-day experience
- Coordinate weekly in-office moments such as team lunches, celebrations, and milestones
- Help reinforce company values through thoughtful in-person experiences
- Act as a central point of coordination across the team
- Plan and execute SuperDial’s presence at conferences and industry events
- Manage logistics including registration, travel, shipping, and on-site coordination
- Partner with leadership and sales on event goals and attendee strategy
