Job Description

Hudec Dental is a distinguished family-owned and operated dental practice with a rich history dating back to 1977. For over 40 years, the practice has been rooted deeply in the values of humility, hard work, and an unwavering commitment to community and care. Founded by Dr. John Hudec, who embodied multiple roles within the practice from patient coordinator to hygienist to doctor, Hudec Dental maintains a legacy built on personalized patient care and genuine connections. As a 100% family-owned and operated establishment, this dental practice has sustained its mission to treat every patient as if they were family, fostering an environment of trust, compassion, and respect. The team at Hudec Dental not only focuses on delivering exceptional clinical outcomes but also prioritizes creating warm and lasting relationships with every patient who walks through their doors.

The role of Practice Leader at Hudec Dental is a pivotal leadership position that requires a compassionate, communicative, and inspirational individual who aligns with the family-oriented culture of the practice. The Practice Leader is responsible for overseeing daily operations to ensure a smoothly running dental office that meets production, revenue, and patient satisfaction goals. This role acts as a crucial bridge between patients, healthcare providers, and the dental team, helping to foster a supportive and professional workplace where team members can thrive personally and professionally. The Practice Leader will be instrumental in recruiting, hiring, and developing team members, driving engagement through effective communication strategies, and ensuring operational excellence through strong management of schedules, payroll, and staffing needs. Hudec Dental offers a flexible Monday through Friday schedule with no evenings or weekends, competitive compensation tailored to experience, and numerous opportunities for career advancement within a network backed by robust support departments including billing, marketing, IT, HR, and procurement.

This position suits candidates who are eager to lead with confidence, adapt to a dynamic working environment, and contribute to a positive patient-first culture. By joining Hudec Dental, the Practice Leader will play a vital role in continuing a legacy that values both professional growth and personal well-being within a tightly-knit family-focused community. This role offers the chance to be part of a recognized and respected dental practice where care, community, and leadership converge to create rewarding experiences for staff and patients alike.
