  • Familiarity with basic security procedures visitor management access control badge systems
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills verbal and written
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook Word Excel
  • Experience working in a secure facility or corporate headquarters environment
  • Knowledge of office safety procedures or building security operations

Job Duties

  • Manage day-to-day office operations ensuring a smooth and efficient workplace
  • Serve as the primary front desk contact by greeting visitors answering calls and directing inquiries
  • Monitor building access and enforce visitor check-in/check-out procedures
  • Maintain visitor logs ID verification and badge distribution
  • Coordinate with building management and/or security teams on safety and access protocols
  • Oversee office supplies inventory and vendor relationships
  • Support scheduling meeting coordination and office logistics
  • Ensure compliance with company policies safety procedures and confidentiality standards
  • Assist leadership with administrative tasks and special projects as needed
