Job Duties

  • Provide excellent guest services by responding to requests, calls, and complaints in a courteous and efficient manner with follow-up to ensure satisfaction
  • Lead the front desk team by recruiting, motivating, training, evaluating, and disciplining staff according to company standards
  • Conduct regular performance appraisals
  • Oversee daily front desk activities including night audit, cash handling, and reservation processes
  • Monitor room rates, occupancy levels, and daily house counts while ensuring accurate billing to maximize no-show revenue
  • Create staff schedules aligned with business forecasts and payroll guidelines
  • Ensure compliance with company policies including credit procedures, key control systems, safety protocols, and lost-and-found operations
  • Prepare detailed reports and attend staff meetings
  • Maintain open communication with other departments
  • Deliver exceptional service to VIP guests and address their specific needs
