  • proven experience in customer service or front desk roles, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • proficiency with multi-line phone systems and office software
  • excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
  • ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

Job Duties
