The Office Coordinator role at ERP Advisors Group is a full-time, permanent, non-exempt position based in their Lakewood, CO office located at 390 Union Boulevard Suite 540. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, providing a structured daytime schedule that fosters work-life balance. The hourly compensation ranges from $24 to $28 depending on the candidate’s experience and performance record, underscoring the company’s commitment to rewarding valuable team members appropriately.

This role is crucial for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the office and enhancing the overall employee experience. As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing office administration, reception, facilities support, onboarding logistics, and general workplace operations. The position requires a highly organized and service-oriented individual who can maintain an efficient, welcoming, and professional office environment. You will serve as the primary point of contact for both internal staff and external visitors, facilitating effective communication and coordination within the company.

This position works closely with Human Resources, supporting employee engagement and administrative processes. Duties include managing reception tasks such as greeting visitors, answering the main phone line, routing calls, handling deliveries, and sorting mail. The Office Coordinator will also coordinate with building management and landlords, manage office access controls including badges and keys, and support office space planning, furniture ordering, and maintenance tasks.

Additional responsibilities include overseeing office cleanliness, coordinating workplace events and decorations, managing office emergencies preparedness, and maintaining inventory of supplies and breakroom items. The role also involves some administrative assistance such as document preparation, electronic filing, check deposits, and maintaining employee information and organizational charts.

Candidates should be comfortable using and troubleshooting office technology and systems including Wi-Fi, networking equipment, security systems, conference room technology, and business management software. The role demands the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting, adapt quickly to changing demands, and maintain a professional appearance daily.

Job Duties

  • Coordinate day-to-day office operations to maintain an organized, functional, and professional workplace environment including reception duties for incoming calls, deliveries, and visitors
  • serve as primary liaison with building management and landlord
  • coordinate office access including badges, office keys, and parking assignments
  • support office space planning, furniture ordering, assembly, and office layout updates
  • monitor and upkeep of office cleanliness
  • assist with office decorations and workplace events as needed
  • oversee office emergency preparedness activities
  • coordinate ordering and inventory of office supplies, breakroom items, snacks, and workplace materials
  • manage reception by greeting visitors, answering the main line, routing calls, handling deliveries, and taking messages
  • open, sort, and route mail
  • assist with document preparation, electronic filing, and general administrative support
  • deposit checks as needed
  • enter, maintain, and publish weekly statistics
  • maintain organizational charts and employee information
  • occasionally assist with note-taking for recruitment cycles
  • assist with onboarding and offboarding administrative tasks
  • prepare computers and workstations for new hires
  • occasionally assist with travel arrangements for candidates, new hires, and visiting employees
  • support employee training by maintaining training materials and facilitating employee training sessions
  • provide light technical support for employee computers and technology
  • support and troubleshoot office systems including Wi-Fi and networking equipment, door access/security systems, conference room technology, TVs and Apple TVs, Apple Business Manager, printers
