This is a full-time, hourly, non-exempt position offering a competitive wage starting at $20.75 per hour, based on experience. The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., including a 30-minute paid lunch break. The role of the Office Coordinator is integral to the smooth operation of the warehouse, transportation, inventory, and general administrative functions within the location. This position is responsible for critical tasks such as payroll processing, site reporting, and personnel administration, ensuring that all operations run accurately and efficiently. The Coordinator handles collection and verification of payroll data, inputs it into payroll systems like Dedicated, and oversees adjustments for vacation pay and travel advances. Additionally, they manage billing and accounting tasks such as accounts payable and accounts receivable to support financial accuracy.
The Office Coordinator also oversees compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations by maintaining and updating DOT safety files. This includes ordering motor vehicle records (MVRs), scheduling physicals, and coordinating pre-employment drug screens. In addition, the role requires maintaining all location files and records, including employee profiles, attendance logs, and office equipment agreements, ensuring proper approvals and documentation. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this versatile position.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- One year or more relevant experience
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to maintain detailed records
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Availability Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. with a 30-minute lunch
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Collect and verify pay sheets for location
- Input payroll into Dedicated or other system
- Monitor and apply adjustments for vacation pay and travel advances
- Generate final payroll transmission and verify amounts prior to check distribution
- Perform accounting tasks such as preparing accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Complete and update DOT safety files including ordering MVRs, scheduling physicals and pre-employment drug screens
- Maintain location files and records including employee profiles, attendance records, and office equipment agreements
- Perform other duties as assigned
